You need to know the Status is not for you nor to match with you, rather that's the feelings of the updater.


• Some of you are just there only to watch 'what's going on' on others profile, but never try to go & communicate. Remember you are here on the Facebook for interaction & not in the theater for WATCHING DRAMAS. You are a friend and not FAN!


• Remember; INTERACTION is very important than sending a friend request. If you are on FB for adding friends only then you either messing up with yourself or you don't know how to grow up.


• Some of you logged into the Facebook, just to update statuses for reporting either the updates like "I'm at MacD", "travelling to bla bla blaa...", or updates from FOOTBALL news or weather conditions, but they failed to give attention the mental condition of their friends and they never try to come out of their own box.


• You using FB from a long time, till now you have joined all kinds of friends, but some of you are there to communicate only & only with SAME context of groups. They forget all of the friends also need your equal attention.


• Everybody wants lots of LIKES/COMMENTS on what they share, but most of them FAILED to give a simple try to see what's happening on friend's life... Liking and Commenting remains later part.


• They are there to give comments only when someone suddenly updated something WRONG, but they never try to appreciate when someone post good things.


• Most of them are very good in arguing with the topic. I would like to tell them, since every topic has a positive and negative side, so it doesn't mean to make a comment to argue. Try to catch the theme currently going on that topic. Note that, arguing is also important but UNDERSTANDING is more important than that.


• LIKEing doesn't mean "I love you" or "I like you" � It�s just giving the respect to the words written in status. Please keep your own values & ego aside and try to give more attention & keep APPRECIATING & LIKING. Why you don't understand this simple way to get better connected?


• Don't be a kid to SHARE Internet kinds of stuff like poems, photos & all, we all knows how to use GOOGLE.


• There is nothing if you people put the comment like 'I love you' on a uploaded photo of DOG, but it will definitely hurt if you ignore or neglect some of the good posts updated by some wise people from your own friendlist...


• If you can't update or share your feelings or don't know what actually going on your mind, probably you are under 13 and need to grow up, then just shut-down all and seat back to focus your homework.


• If you are getting angry by reading these issues monopoly or you are going to ignore this then you are nothing less than a stubborn, egoistic moreover you are the person who really deserves to HATE. I'M requesting you please DELETE yourself from Facebook and all friend's lists or just let your friend so they will do it for you.


• If you belong to this narrow mentality people category, please check the SOLUTIONS below.


• Really! The thing is that, not only you messing up with your friends but also yourself by wasting your OWN valuable time. WE don't want certain number of friends; we just want a few friends to be certain of.


• Don't panic if you got deleted from any of your friends, but panic yourself because you give them a reason.


• Don't see who AM I here to tell you? Please see what actually I'm telling you, it�s IMPORTANT.


• If you feel all these insignificant and impractical, please don't take the effort to tell me that. You are happy in your own way; then me too in my way. Move the face forward & just excuse us.


• Also don't tell that you are busy and don�t have time for the Facebook and all this, if it so, then, WHY you opened your account on FB??? Facebook also have its own values and rules to follow.


• And YES we all take this Facebook seriously, please don't give any damn.

SOLUTION - What We Need To Do

Only big-hearted people will understand above issues and will try to follow.

• Not just words but try to read the actual mean of the status. If you feel it's nice then don't forget to APPRECIATE it by the LIKE.


• Don't ignore updates of your friend. Always read carefully according to the point of updater.


• Everybody wants to be happy, so try to spread happiness, and off-course one day we'll all also seems happy, trust me.


• Give lots of LIKEs even on every comment you get on your post, only just because they are there to give respond by his words but the most important is, you have BIG HEART.


• I know Facebook is not A LIFE, but don't forget when most of the time, your friends get known your problems which normally you had felt to express, then they give LIKE, Comments only just to make you relief to face your problems.


• Only APPRECIATION has the power to motivate for making the GOOD CHANGE in any person. Remember how it feels when someone appreciate your efforts for little things you did, so APPRECIATE EVERYTHING, EVERYONE!

My Real Role Model - MOTHER

If someone ask me, who is your role model? I must say, MY MOTHER - is the only person that has been the ROLE MODEL in my whole life. She is my mentor, friend, counselor in most of the life event. A perfect role model for me is my mother. As usual, the first women we learn from our mothers.

A role model is someone who we should never feel uncomfortable discussing our problems. She is the person who has the most influence in my life, and she made me a better person. She always loves me for who I am. She is kind-hearted, successful, humble, professional and caring.

Creating a path, providing life lessons, &leading by example are the true qualities of a role model.

I�ve always believed God places certain people in your life at certain times. I have been blessed with a great number of influential people throughout my life - from high school friends who let me be myself to mentors who have helped me make the most of myself. Throughout, there has been one person who has always been in my life;

Without her

Without stating her impact & influence on the person I am and aspire to become, I must say my mother is the only role model I�ve ever had. Often times, for that matter any youths in disadvantaged, lack true role models. Not to denigrate these individuals and their contributions in the community, but I was blessed with a truly one-of-a-kind role model in my own home and my life each and everyday.

Always there

My mother was always there to make sure her boys would grow to become successful men.  As the youngest, I am proud to let her know I whole-heartedly believe she couldn�t have done a better job.  And this is not to say she is the only woman to raise herself & her family out of welfare. However, my mother is the only mother I�ve ever had and has doubled as the most dedicated and hardworking person I have ever known.

Not only pushed, but because she encouraged me to make education a priority in my life from a young age.  After joining university, I was able to walk across the stage as a graduate. With my mother watching, eyes watering and gleaming all at once.  Today, I continue setting goals and prioritizing my life to achieve them, but like prioritizing, one cannot achieve anything without a great amount of patience. Thankfully, again, I learned from the best.

Lessons 

I, too, missed many of the lessons and comforts availed to those with fathers, but my mother never let me think I�d achieve anything without planning. Whether it was how I�d spend my grass-cutting money on or what I�d do with my after-school time, I did my best to keep my mother�s practices in mind. Setting priorities, being patient and making a plan. My mother never said those words precisely, but she put them in practice every single day to serve as my life�s compass.

Creating a path, providing life lessons, and leading by example are the true qualities of a role model. We do not all have mothers and fathers. Some of us may even go without either. Still, as I mentioned earlier, God finds a way to put someone in your life who may be able to fill this role.

What an Engineering student thinking about this Saturation � just an unemployment or just a "No work, No money� & So No GROWTHS" kind of phase.

And here today, that is why I would like to say; everyone should get worried about it... What you get taught in our post graduation studies or you may say in engineering degree courses, just about a design strategies or developing the models with their stimulation, different assembly & machine languages and all. But still the prime question is; once after getting that much knowledge & information, what we do as an engineer after getting completion of our degree courses? Now here is the huge job market and after all, it is awfully tough to survive. All seems running for the job that they looking for a routine work & relaxed activities and relatively they want huge packages. Here in addition to all, I want to point out that there is 'No New Creativity" - and simply in Robert Kiyosaki's words; it is just like A RAT RACE. The ongoing competition is really tough and it's not only to fight for limited seats in the few multinational companies but also to fight against international job seekers as well. Hence, because of lack of opportunities for a while, the student who passed out from there colleges recently, seems to slip into the trap of unemployment. And this triggering the term SATURATION to exist... We are so well educated � but we're useless; and the question is - Are we? Really???

Nonetheless; these engineering degree colleges are not like the vocational schools. And also for supporting & developing gateways; those subjects should not be the only answers of our society to encouraging the next generation to succeed in a future competitive world.

How To Overcome Unemployment???

If you have been there without a job for a long time, then here are few things you need to consider for breaking through it and getting hired favorably. Long-term unemployment can be frustrating and can even lead to depression. Moreover, these below points will help to give yourself an edge and position yourself ahead of these other job-seekers, motivate you to implement an effective job market strategy for overcoming unemployment. Don�t care how stimulating, worthy, concerned or reasonably motivating those areas of engineering subjects you studied so for now. The bitter but ugly truth is, no one is in a position to pay a living wage for them, so degree holders will be cut the moment they leave the pseudo-atmosphere of college.

Overcome the disgrace of your situation to get your job search back on the track. The truth is students have lost the ability to do anything practical. The only thing we've mastered is consumption. For engineering, at least, one should think about his contribution to the engineering world as an engineer.

• Try to implement new ideas practically.
• Consider Retraining & volunteering. Create the employment for the new people.
• Be Creative. Think how you can give work who seeking for a job.
• Keep up with your professional contacts.

Breaking Out of Long-Term Unemployment

Overcoming long-term unemployment is never that much easy. But when you overcome unemployment, the strategies you employ are then executed successful while looking for work and after you have landed. The stress and uncertainty that comes with a job loss can take its toll on an individual and a family. If you have good ideas, they definitely get accepted in industry and then you will find your own way towards success. Degrees in all postmodern fields like so-called �engineering studies� do not seem that much worthless in the job market, but I don't think those are exactly comparable to a degree of life. Someone with a degree who does not want to become a professor but does have a marketable skill then as a result of such an education, he knows how to communicate better than probably 80 percent of the population, and he will do efficient work and can get a good job in sales & with his relevant area. Moreover; reasonably he will do a better work at his best, if his degree were in something like business management. STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. So by exposing all students to STEM and giving them chances to search STEM-related ideas, they will realize a passion for it and fairly seek a job in a STEM field.

The origin of big corporate hubs like Microsoft, Google and Yahoo are based on some-what same ideas, but only difference is, they have implemented their motive practically and then changed the world. They built their dreams true and gave the platform to others. Thus you people need to come with new ideas to be practically implemented. We used to talk very effortlessly that "Engineers creates the world...!" but the brutal truth is; no one has had the ability even to do a small change in his daily routine. Then how you create the world? God is creating the world through the brains of engineer and you have to prove it. It is the right time for it. Because of the slack or saturation or unemployment or any; you may be out of your job, but now then you got lots of time to think & to invests some and, if possible, some money to implement your ideas.

Strategies to Overcome Unemployment

I suggest that we should start with the immediate re-introduction of some of the most important aspects of "Engineering" education that will thus cause to determine solid virtues in student thinking. However, just note that; for those who are deeply passionate about his special field, the statistics of success ratio don't matter in it and for him too. If you can find a road to be challenged, make a living that suits you and enjoy your engineering path, that�s what really matters. On the other hand, if you�re open and just starting your research, it�s wise to go with a more promising industry that�s developing.

I would encourage young people to pursue a field in which they have an aptitude in. There is no "one size fits all" solution to whether someone can or cannot get a job. Telling someone who has a high IQ in language to go into a trade or service job is ridiculous since trades require the use of your hands and proper knowledge and service jobs require people skills. The masses always want to lump everybody into one group and anyone educated in cultures knows, collectivism does not work and leads to mass governmental dependence. In short, if you want to get a job, pursue something you can do and do it to the best of your ability and you will get a job. Don't waste your time becoming a "servant" or an "electrician" if you are an amazing teacher or counselor...

Here on bottom line; I want to tell you that "you should dance if you get chance if you can't dance go for trance�." You will definitely get successes...

                             Like thousands of students, I came here in UK with lots of dreams, among those I was dreamed for a professional employer. When I got the admission in our university, it makes me seem my dream is coming true. But surviving here in UK is not that much gone easy for me, after lots of efforts & tries I failed to get at least a single part time job. Whatever I did, I felt it was something wrong happening & I always had question why it�s always with me....

You Will Always Be In My Heart

                             I was shifted to Derby and you then know all about it. Derby; what can I say about this city no one has told before. In just few months, I become used to with this city. Looks like; it becomes mine. I always thought, what is the reason behind this? It�s because of that my new special room? My independence? Or the option of living just near to university? What was the reason??? What was that special thing given by this city which makes me feel it�s mine??? And actually the answer is in front of me from a long time.
                             In Feb. of last year, after reaching to derby, at university, I met someone special, a girl, a friend or you can say more than that. And it�s YOU. I have seen you at the entry of department initially, but in thinking, you would be someone else, I leave that. But till today I never forget that classy glance of your face.

                             I still remember the first day we met, it was my first day as well in university, we were too awkward to say much, & I was talking about to find accommodation for me, at all it�s funny to think back to that time. Now we are in such a stage where we can say that the true friends are rare, and I strongly believe - the true genuine friendship is something special. I am so lucky to have met you. Our bond was special & has something unique in its own way and is the reason that we are irreplaceable. And there after I fallen in love more each day.

                             You always seems perfectly opposite of my nature; we have lots of differences, you are jolly, I am serious kind of guy; you like funny movies, I like art movies; you like to watch serials & daily soups, I like to play video games. Moreover, you are confused about your completion of your degree but my objectives are clear. It seems there is no ambition or a goal in your life. But still you perfectly know how to enjoy life. Luck is fully in favour of you, and in case of me my luck always f#*ks. I was always thinking how's my life sucks & how it always gives me failure to my efforts. But when at the time, I actually saw you while you were doing job in your caravan, I felt little awkward for me. Even you are a girl you were doing that type of work, without any feeling or hesitation & even in front of me. That was the actual day & time, I get fall in you..

                             I always think; it could be more lonelier if you didn't called me on Christmas day for sharing my loneliness, there could be more chances of getting bored if you didn't allow me to lapping around with you, there could be more chances of getting the feeling of friendlessness if you are not chatting or texting with me.

                             We have been not that much together to share time, but I will never forget all the moments that you have shown me how much we cared each other. In life we meet people, some becomes friends, some leaves, some becomes dears, but someone will definitely possess his own stage to love or more than that. That special person is meeting you only & only for love, and it�s really getting hard to be just friends with them. I don�t know why but I always thought about the bond that you & I possess, it is always there even we fought many times. After one incident, I have decided to move, but I don�t know how we get connected again. I always love your personality of thinking by which you never fail to impress me. In life you met all kinds of people, but I love everything about you, & you are that someone special for me I could never replace.

                             You are everything for me rather more than that. I thought I could never express that much enough to realize you. Rather I strongly believe on feeling & proving the love, instead of expressing it. Love is about sentiments, emotions & all. But the circumstances make me to go to the way of expressing it. One of the big reason is that; I can face the rejection but I can�t tolerate waiting. This waiting sucks more, mostly in case of when you are not doing anything, you are free all the time, when you don�t have any friend around you & especially when the weather is so romantic.


                             Each day, each moment I was thinking of you, story still continue with each passing day, because I trust that, in being with you everything will always be OK. This country not given me any; No job, No money, No friends, but still I wish to live here; it is just because of you only. Whenever I stuck into any situation, I was always thinking if you were there what you would prefer to do, and I follow that. I don�t know but it gives me energy. I don�t know what should I call these feelings, but I love those feelings whenever I was with you. You are so dear to me & I love you so much. I will always be there for you & you will always & forever remain to be dear to me. I am not just telling you all this, but I accepted you as you are. I know all about you, not in details, but whatever I heard from your friend and your relatives. Addition to that, neither your past doesn't matter to me as long as you are with me. I just want YOU as you are; nothing more than that. You may be in different context, but from my point of view, I think we are there for each other. I may be wrong, but it�s my strong feeling. Love is what you mean to me, and you mean everything. You are my theme, my canvas, my shades required to make colorful painting of my life.

                             This is all for you; I always thought you are the person I can open my soul to, who can relate to me like no other, with whom I can laugh with no extents, with whom I can cry while facing tough time, who can help me with the problems of my life. I don�t think that you know what that means to me. At least I hope that you know I was always here to listen you, your laugh and help in all the way that I could. I hope you know this too, I would not be on the way I lived happy till today, without you�
