Step 2. Add & Authorize Website/Blog in Adsense account:
Go to your adsense account >> gear icon on upper right corner >> settings >> my sites >> manage sites. And here you can add your website or blog URL. After that, you need to check the option "Only Authorize my verified sites to use my ad code"Step 3. Report Hosting Services:
