- Check update.
Start BITS:
- Go to Start >> Run >> regedit
- Locate the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\BackupRestore\FilesNotToBackup - If the FilesNotToBackup key exists, then skip to step.
If that does not exist, we need to create key by following steps: Right-click BackupRestore >> New >> Key >> Type FilesNotToBackup and then press ENTER. - Exit Registry Editor.
- Start >> Run >> services.msc >> Double-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service >> General tab >> click Start.

If there is no BranchName Then you need to create new key with that name and value shown.

If there is no ThresholdRiskLevel Then you need to create new key with that name and value shown. - Find ThresholdInternal and delete it.
- Find ThresholdOptedIn and delete it.
